COVID-19 Safety Plan
BEFORE YOUR NEXT VISIT TO THE SPA:
I am taking extra precautions when booking each client. After your appointment has been booked, and before you enter the spa, you must perform a COVID-19 self assessment. This will be for every client, for every appointment, until we are instructed otherwise.

I will not be accepting any walk-in appointments. Bookings must be done online.
IF YOU HAVE BEEN SICK & CANCELLATION POLICY
If you, or someone in your household has been sick or has had any flu-like symptoms within 14 days of your appointment we ask that you reschedule. No-show fees do not apply at this time in the case that you may have to cancel or reschedule in less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment due to sickness. Cancellation policy still applies to all other circumstances.
If you have recently returned from traveling outside of Canada, you will not be able to book with me until 14 days after your return / self-isolation period. Provincial Guidelines are subject to change so please keep up to date with all current regulations.
ARRIVAL AT THE SPA
I ask that you wait in your car when you first arrive for your scheduled appointment, and text so I know you have arrived. You can text Hailey at 250-600-7881. Please leave your personal items in your car or at home.
ENTERING THE SPA
Upon entering the spa, please remove your shoes and we ask that you immediately wash or sanitize your hands. There will be a sanitization table placed at the door for your convenience.
Only guests who have a scheduled appointment or who are making a purchase are allowed in the spa at one time. Any family/friends waiting for a client will need to wait outside. *Children under the age of 16 receiving a service may have one parent/guardian in the treatment room. The parent/guardian must wear a mask and answer all pre-screening questions.
I will continue performing additional sanitization and disinfecting practices on all surfaces / high traffic areas before and after each treatment. There will be additional time added to each appointment to ensure no client overlap and extra time to perform cleaning.
There will be no additional blankets or pillows at this time.
I will not be offering any tea, coffee, water, magazines, etc at this time.
PPE & MASKS
We ask that you to wear a mask before entering the spa and at all other times aside from those guests who are receiving a facial treatments, in which case I will be wearing gloves, a mask and a full face shield.
If you forget to bring your mask, there will be disposable masks for purchase for $3.
SHOPPING & PRODUCTS
Curbside pickup will still be available for all retail purchases! You can text your order to Hailey at 250-600-7881 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are picking up just text when you arrive and I will bring your items out to you.
